Return conditions
- You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
- The product must be in its original condition.
- The customer must keep the packaging intact and unopened or unused.
- A purchase invoice or payment receipt is required.
Replacement terms
- If the product arrives damaged in any way, you have the right to submit a replacement request and receive a new one within 7 days of receipt.
- Exchanges are available if the packaging is unopened and the product has not been used.
